Cancellation Policy

48 Hours default Cancellation Policy applies unless otherwise specified in your reservation. Cancel 48 Hours before check in day before 3:00 PM Hotel time to avoid 1 night penalty.

Pet Policy

Pets are Welcome. Pet fee of $20 per pet/Night applies. Maximum two pets. Pets are accepted in specific rooms based on availability.

Pets cannot be left unattended at anytime in the premises. Please pick up after your pet. 

Unannounced pets will result in a penalty of $200 per pet, per occurance. 

No Smoking Policy

Waconia Inn and Suites is a smoke free hotel.

No Smoking is permitted inside the hotel building or inside any rooms.

A minimum cleaning and restoration fee of $200.00 will be assessed to your account, if this policy is not honored by guest at all times in the premises.
